One niche, done properly.
Tell me the niche you are considering. You get back a 17-page report on that one keyword — every channel ranking for it, who is rising fast, what the top videos are actually doing, what the ad rate is worth in real money, and a plan for your first ten videos. $19.
The sample attached to the listing is genuine output for a real keyword — 17 pages, charts included. Not a mockup.
What is in the 17 pages
The short answer, up front
A competition index out of 100, the median top-20 channel size, and a plain-English verdict on whether the niche is open, contested or locked up.
Charts, not just tables
Subscriber distribution across the channels ranking for your keyword, and the top videos ranked by views per day rather than total views — which is what tells you what is working right now.
Every channel ranking for the keyword
145+ channels in the sample with subscribers, video counts, channel age, uploads per year and views per video.
Fast risers
Channels under three years old that are already ranking. This is the honest test of whether the niche is still open to a new entrant.
The videos actually being watched
The top 50 for the keyword with views, likes, comments, duration and views per day.
Recurring themes and format mix
The phrases the winning titles share, and how much of the traffic is shorts versus long-form.
What the ad rate is really worth
The CPM band for the vertical turned into a plain earnings table at 10k, 50k, 100k, 500k and 1M monthly views, with the assumptions printed.
Alternative niches
Eight options from the 170-niche dataset, ranked by CPM per unit of difficulty.
Your first ten videos
Each one built from a format that is demonstrably working, with the video it borrows its structure from cited next to it.
A 30-day checklist, a pivot plan and a limits section
Including the exact number that tells you to change format rather than keep publishing.
How it is made
For your keyword the report scans the channels ranking for it, pulls their subscriber counts, video counts and creation dates, then pulls the top videos with views, likes, comments and duration. From that it derives the competition index, the riser table, the views-per-day ranking, the recurring title themes and the earnings table. The format of the report is fixed; the numbers in it are yours.
The honesty note
CPM is a category-range estimate — no YouTube API exposes per-channel ad rates, and any tool claiming to know your exact CPM is guessing. Everything else in the report is measured from the API, and the sample size and its limits are printed inside the report itself. It is a research aid, not a forecast.
Questions
What do I have to send you?
One thing: the niche or keyword you are considering. If you have constraints (faceless or on-camera, short or long form, starting from zero or adding a second channel), include those too — the plan section uses them.
How is this different from the free database on this site?
The database gives you 170 niches at a category level. The report goes deep on ONE keyword: every channel ranking for it, how old they are, how fast they post, who is rising, and the videos that are actually pulling views right now. It answers the question a table cannot: is this niche specifically winnable for you.
Are the numbers real?
Every subscriber count, video count, channel age, upload cadence and view number is measured from the YouTube Data API v3 on the day the report is generated. The one estimate is the CPM band, and it is labelled as an estimate everywhere it appears — no YouTube API exposes per-channel ad rates, and anyone quoting a precise per-niche CPM is guessing.
What if my keyword is a dead end?
You get a report saying so, with the numbers behind the verdict. That is the cheapest possible way to find out, and it is a useful answer rather than a wasted one.
How fast, and what if I do not like it?
